Download the whole library

This is the whole CLR Music library, every one of its 5,636 sounds, packed as two big ZIP files. Nothing is left out: the effects, the foley, the ambience, the loops, and the full music tracks are all here. Each volume carries a LICENSES.txt file that lists every sound in the library with its creator, its license, and its source, plus a short README that explains the layout.

The library is too big for one file, so it ships in two volumes. Download both and you have the complete library.

Free means free. Every sound is free to use under its own printed license. Most are CC0 or CC BY; a few are CC BY-SA, which adds share-alike terms for adaptations you share. When a license asks for credit, give it as title, creator, license, and source, exactly as LICENSES.txt lists them.
